How a visit will work
- 1
Text or call with the symptom
You get a real arrival window, not a four-hour guess. Text a photo of the unit or thermostat if you have one.
- 2
We diagnose and write down the price
A full-system diagnostic with readings you can see. The repair price comes from the book published on this site, before any work starts.
- 3
You decide. We fix it. Two-year warranty.
Approve the repair and the diagnostic fee is waived. If replacement is the better spend, you get both numbers side by side.

Questions we get asked
When do you open?
The day our Texas contractor license is assigned to the company. Texas requires that license before any company can offer air conditioning work, and we would rather open right than open early. Join the opening list and you get one text that day.
Which cities will you serve?
Frisco, The Colony, McKinney, Plano and Allen first, with Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Lewisville, Carrollton, Fairview and Lucas on the edges. We are based in Allen.
Can I book a visit now?
Not yet, and we will not take a deposit or a booking for work we cannot legally offer today. What you can do now: join the opening list, read the know-how guides, and if your system is down, use our system-down page to find help today.
What will a visit cost?
Our diagnostic fee, tune-up price, membership prices and the common repair ranges will be published on this site the day we open, before you ever call. Publishing prices is the whole idea.
What does technicians not paid on commission mean?
Our technicians will earn the same whether you approve a small repair or a replacement. The recommendation is based on the system, not the ticket.
Will you install new systems?
Not at first. We repair, service and maintain every brand. When a system is past repair we say so in writing, refer you to a licensed installer, and review their quote for free.
