AC and heating tune-ups in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and The Colony

A tune-up is only worth paying for if the technician actually measures things. Ours does: capacitor microfarads, refrigerant pressures and superheat, blower amperage, static pressure, drain line flow, and on gas furnaces, combustion and safety controls. You get the readings in writing, with a plain note on anything that is drifting toward failure.

We do not run a tune-up as a sales visit. If a part is within spec, it stays. If it is failing, you get the published price and the choice.

Questions we get asked

How often does a system in North Texas need service?

Twice a year: cooling before the heat arrives and heating before the first freeze. Our cooling season is long enough that a spring visit is the one you do not skip.
