Indoor air quality solutions for north Dallas homes

North Texas air is a mix of oak and cedar pollen, dust off the prairie, and summer humidity that makes a house feel warmer than the thermostat says. The right fix depends on the symptom: a media filter cabinet for dust and allergies, a whole-home dehumidifier for sticky rooms, fresh-air ventilation for tightly built newer homes.

We will not sell you an air purifier your blower cannot push air through. Every recommendation starts with a static pressure reading.

Signs you need this

  • Dust returning days after cleaning
  • Allergy symptoms that ease when you leave the house
  • A house that feels clammy at 74 degrees
  • Musty smell from the vents when the system starts

What is included

  • Static pressure test before recommending any filtration
  • Media filter cabinets (4 to 5 inch) that replace 1-inch filters
  • Whole-home dehumidifiers tied into the return
  • UV and coil treatment where biological growth is confirmed
  • Energy recovery ventilators for tight newer homes

Questions we get asked

Are 1-inch filters bad?

Not bad, but limited. A high-MERV 1-inch filter restricts airflow and stresses the blower. A 4 or 5 inch media cabinet filters better with less restriction and lasts months instead of weeks.

Do I need a dehumidifier in Texas?

If your AC is oversized or the house feels damp at normal temperatures, often yes. A correctly sized AC removes a lot of humidity on its own, so we check sizing first.
