Terms of service

Prices published on this site are current as of the date shown on each page and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Repair ranges reflect typical equipment; the exact price is quoted on site from our flat-rate book. Diagnostic fees are waived only when the quoted repair is approved and completed.

Repairs carry a 2-year parts and labor warranty from the date of service. Membership benefits apply while the membership is active. Annual memberships are prepaid; visits already used are not refunded on cancellation.

Blackland Air Conditioning & Heating repairs, services and maintains residential heating and cooling equipment. It does not sell or install new systems. Referrals to licensed installers are provided as a courtesy; the installer is responsible for its own license, permit, pricing and workmanship, and Blackland may receive a referral fee from the installer.
