Membership questions
What happens on the two visits?
A cooling tune-up in spring and a heating tune-up in fall, each with real measurements and a written report. Coil cleaning, capacitor and electrical testing, refrigerant charge check, drain flush, combustion and safety checks on gas furnaces.
What does priority scheduling mean in July?
Members get the first open slot before non-member calls. In peak season that is usually the difference between same day and two days.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel any time from your phone or by texting us. Annual plans are prepaid and not refunded for visits already used.
How does the lifetime repair warranty work?
Any repair we perform while you are a member is warranted for as long as you stay a member. Cancel and the standard two-year warranty from the repair date still applies.
