Smart thermostat installation in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen and The Colony
A smart thermostat is a small job with a lot of ways to go wrong: no common wire, a heat pump configured as a furnace, staging set so a two-stage system only ever runs in low. We install the thermostat, wire the common if it is missing, and configure the equipment settings so the system actually runs as designed.

Questions we get asked
Which smart thermostat do you recommend?
For most homes, an Ecobee or Nest works well and is on the DOE list. For variable-speed systems, the manufacturer's communicating thermostat is usually the right call. We will tell you which applies to yours.
