Privacy

Blackland Air Conditioning & Heating LLC collects the information you give us to schedule and perform service: your name, phone number, email, address and a description of the problem. We use it to contact you about your request, perform the work, keep a service record for your home, and send appointment reminders.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business: our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processor for memberships and invoices, and our financing partner if you apply for financing. Each of those handles your data under its own privacy terms.

By submitting a form or texting us you agree we may contact you by call or text about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can ask us to delete your records by emailing office@blacklandair.com.
